THE BEST WEEK OF MY LIFE! I don’t even know where to start with my review. Hands down the best investment I have ever made. I truly believe that what you get with Salt Escapes is unique. I have been on other group exercise holidays before and met amazing people, but this was something else.
Can not say enough wonderful things about Salt Escapes. I speak with my actions and am just finishing my second trip with them (there will definitely be a third). Their attention to detail is unmatched. The best tour operator I have ever used.
Before going on my week long trip with Salt Escapes in Bali I already had very high expectations and I’m so happy to say they were exceeded 10 fold. Amy and Mike have planned and organised every detail of the trip to make it as enjoyable for the guests as possible.
Salt escapes was one of the best things I have ever decided to do. I spent a week in Zakynthos in Greece and had such a good time.The workouts were great, yoga each day was perfect, the food was unbelievable and the other people on the trip were so much fun. I will 100% be coming back next year and telling all my friends to try one.

From the minute you book, you feel like you are part of the family. The villa we stayed in was incredible as were the daily, freshly cooked meals. Amy and Mike are really passionate and spend a huge amount of time ensuring the set up for the week is perfect.
It’s hard to put into words, but a Salt Escapes trip is truly a magical experience. You will eat well, work out well, rest well, and have the best time doing it. I promise, it’s the best money you’ll spend on yourself.

I literally never leave reviews but felt I just had to confirm the hype! Came to Zakynthos in July 2022 from Australia which turned out to be one of the best trips of my life. The workouts are diverse and challenging while still catering to a variety of fitness levels. Add in to-die-for food and company and you can’t possibly do better. If you’re still on the fence…just book it!!
