Costa Rican Adventures Start Here

Touch down in paradise. Arrive anytime after 4pm and step into your beachfront jungle retreat in Santa Teresa. Unpack, explore the villa, and meet your new crew by the pool with a fresh coconut or cold cerveza in hand. As golden hour rolls in, we’ll stretch it out with a guided recovery session, then gather for our first chef-prepared dinner under the stars.

Monday

Sweat, Chill & Feast

We kick off the first full day with a sunrise sweat session on the beach, surrounded by the sound of the Pacific. A colourful Costa Rican breakfast follows, before a recovery flow to reset. The rest of the day is all about balance: chill by the pool, explore this epic beach town on foot, or sneak into a hammock for a well-earned nap. In the afternoon, we’re back at it with a second high-energy workout, followed by a cool-down dip in the ocean and a sunset group dinner.

Tuesday

Pura Vida!

Surf’s up! We’ll hit the waves early with expert local instructors guiding you through the breaks of Playa Hermosa. After rinsing off and refuelling with breakfast, the rest of the day is yours to chill, explore, or sneak in a beachside massage. Come afternoon, we’re back on the sand for a second sweat session as the sun begins to dip. We’ll wrap it all up with another vibrant, chef-cooked dinner under the palm trees.

Wednesday

Waterfall Hikes & Jungle Adventures

We kick off the day with a morning beach workout, and fuel up with a fresh, tropical breakfast. Then it’s off into the jungle for one of the week’s biggest highlights - our waterfall adventure. We’ll hike through lush rainforest, swim in natural pools, and stop for a chef-prepared picnic lunch beside the falls. Expect epic views, jungle vibes and plenty of laughter. After the adventure, we head back to the villa to cool off in the pool, rehydrate with some sundowners, and kick back with another sunset dinner to round out the day.

Thursday

Golden Sands & Delicious Feasts

We start the day with a sunrise team sweat session on the sand, followed by a flavour-packed breakfast to fuel the morning. Then it’s your chance to explore, surf, swim, or just soak up that Pacific sunshine. The afternoon is all about recovery: think yoga, ice baths, and beachfront massages under the palms. As golden hour rolls in, we’ll head into town for a special group dinner - where bold flavours and a jungle setting bring the magic.

Friday

Palm Trees & Paradise

We’ll kick things off with a beach workout, then the day is yours - lounge by the pool, or explore the coast with your crew. Come afternoon, we’ll turn up the energy with one last group sweat, then unwind with sundowners and ocean dips as the sky turns golden. To wrap it all up, we’ll gather for a beachfront BBQ feast - grilled meats & seafood, vibrant salads, and tropical flavours served under the stars. One last epic meal with your new adventure crew.

Saturday

So Long, For Now

Checkout may be at 10am, but there’s still time for one last sunrise workout, a cool-off in the pool, and a final big breakfast to fuel the journey home. Hugs all around, but this isn’t goodbye - it’s just see you on the next adventure.
