About

Trip Overview

Welcome to six nights in Zakynthos with Salt Escapes. Stay in a luxury clifftop villa, tucked in the island's unspoiled northwest and boasting panoramic Ionian views. Famous for limestone cliffs, electric-blue waters, and the iconic Navagio Beach, this is the real Zakynthos. Expect high-energy training, poolside recovery, and incredible private-chef meals. It's our most popular retreat for a reason – laid-back Greek island living at its finest, and the unofficial home of Salt Escapes.

Shipwreck Views & Ionian Blues

Lace up for an epic morning run through Zakynthos’ rugged countryside, ending at one of the most breathtaking viewpoints in Greece - overlooking the legendary Navagio Shipwreck and the unreal electric blue waters of the Ionian Sea. Back at the villa, we’ll reset with ice baths before a well-earned breakfast. The afternoon is all about tanning, chilling, and recovery, before we gear up for workout number two. As the sun sets over the sea, we’ll come together for another big Greek feast.

Wednesday

Boat Day!

We start the day strong with a big team workout and fuel up with breakfast before heading to the port for the best, bluest Boat Day we know. With lunch, drinks, and tunes flowing on board, we’ll cruise past white limestone cliffs, dive into hidden bays, and swim through secret sea caves. Expect cliff jumps, crystal-clear waters, and salty skin. Back at the villa, we’ll unwind with a wood-fired pizza night as the sun sets over the Ionian.

Thursday

Sweat, Recover & A Greek Feast

The morning kicks off with a team workout, followed by massages, yoga and poolside lounging to reset and recharge. ‍As the sun starts to dip, we’ll head out for a special dinner at one of the best restaurants on the island. Set right on the water, they serve up some of the freshest, most authentic Greek dishes you’ll ever taste. With ice-cold drinks and unreal flavors, it’s the perfect way to toast an epic week.

Friday

Sweat, Sun & A Sunset Send-Off

Our last full day together, so we’re making every moment count. The morning kicks off with a sweat session, followed by plenty of time to relax, recover, and soak up the Greek sunshine with your crew. Later, we’ll turn up the energy for boxing on the helipad, then cool off in the pool with sunset drinks and one last team photo! Then it's time for our final feast - a big Greek BBQ and a toast to new mates and an unforgettable week.

Saturday

So Long, For Now

Checkout may be at 10am, but there's still time for one last sunrise workout, a cool-off in the pool, and a final big breakfast to fuel the journey home. Hugs all around, but this isn't goodbye - it's just see you on the next adventure.

“Our trip to Zakynthos was one to remember for a lifetime. Amy, Mike, Gem and Tom were the absolute best. Everything from food to workouts to boat day to lounging by the pool was unforgettable. Would 100% recommend for anyone no matter the level of fitness!”

“I didn't think it was possible for Salt Escapes to live up to the Instagram hype… but it did!! 5 star accommodations. 5 star meals. 5 star service. But it was the people that elevated the trip to the next level. I have new friends for life.”

“Can't put into words what I experienced during my first-ever Salt Escapes in Ibiza. Pure magic — between the challenging workouts, the incredible homecooked meals, the gorgeous villa, and the amazing staff. This was likely the best week of my entire life.”

“Hands down one of the best holidays I've ever had! Amy and Mike have really created something special. Everything felt seamless — the perfect balance of challenging workouts, relaxation, adventure, and connection.”

“Incredible experience. You will have the most amazing and special week, with strangers becoming close friends within days. The workouts are HIIT focused and fun. It is absolutely not a boot camp. This was my third trip, and I can't wait to sign up for more.”

“Phenomenal experience overall. The trainers brought high energy to the workouts. The food was outstanding — I've probably never eaten so well in my life. The villa was great. I have nothing bad to say about it.”

“This was my first solo trip, and from the very beginning, I felt welcomed and supported. The workouts were challenging in the best way. Guests who started as strangers quickly became lifelong friends. Salt Escapes delivered the perfect balance of training, community, and relaxation.”

“Above everything is the inclusivity of the experience. It felt as though everyone joined in, everyone supported each other through the exercise and everyone had a great time. Rare. Brilliant.”

“The absolute best week of my life. The staff went out of their way to make sure everyone felt included and had a great time. Truly the coolest experience.”
