Workout, eat, relax, repeat
Salt, sunshine and coconuts
Arrive anytime after 2 pm and settle into tropical paradise. Get to know your new friends by the pool and unwind with a mobility session to really relax. You're on holiday! As the sun goes down on Day 1, sip a Caribbean punch overlooking the waves, followed by our first group dinner, and a toast to an epic week ahead.
Kick off the first full-day with a team workout and a big breakfast spread to refuel. Hit the beach before our guided recovery session and a Caribbean-inspired BBQ lunch. Chill poolside under the swaying palm trees with new friends and fresh cold coconuts, before sweat number 2.
Wake up for a salty morning of surfing, kayaking and SUP'ing! Kick back and relax with some guided recovery and tanning time, before we work up a sweat in our afternoon teams workout on the beach. In between all that, enjoy our chef-cooked delights and marvel at the beauty of the Dominican Republic.
Begin the day with a sunrise workout, before we set sail for Boat Day. Lunch, drinks and tunes are served up on board, and you can swim, snorkel and explore tiny tropical islands til your hearts content! Keep an eye out for whales. We'll head back to our villa to wash off the salt before a magical sunset dinner.
Kick off Day 5 with a workout, brekkie and more activities in the surf. Enjoy a chill afternoon of recovery with a stretch session, ice baths and beachfront massages. Then it's time to get your best fits on for a sunset walk along the beach to dinner, where we'll kick back for a Caribbean feast and refreshing drinks at our favourite local spot.
Wake up to our last full day together with workouts, salty adventures and plenty of time to soak up the rays with your new mates. As the sun begins to set on Day 6, there's one more chance to float in the ocean, drink in hand and great people by your side, whilst you watch the sky work its magic.
Checkout is at 10 am, so plenty of time to squeeze in one more workout and a a final breakfast to see you on your way. Hugs all round for an unforgettable week, but it's not goodbye, it's see you on the next adventure.
