From the moment you book and sort your flights, we take over, promising a completely seamless experience. From finding your adventure to boarding that plane – here’s how it all works.

Our Escapes are a week long, usually starting on a Sunday and finishing on the following Saturday. All come with a few guarantees: epic workouts led by the world’s best trainers, incredible food by private chefs, luxury villas, and local adventures all enjoyed with the best group of people you’ll quickly call friends. The only differences between them? The vibe of the destination. So whether you’re after a tropical winter Escape or the summer Mediterranean dream, we’ve got dates and destinations with your name on.

STEP 2:
CHOOSE YOUR ROOM

Click to book, and you’ll get to select your preferred room style – from shared to deluxe or master double, depending on the villa. Expect a beautifully designed, luxury space with everything you need to relax in comfort between workouts and adventures.

STEP 3:
DEPOSIT NOW, SETTLE-UP LATER

To secure your booking, you’ve got two easy options. Pay a £750 deposit (per person) to lock in your spot and choose whether to split the remaining balance into instalments or pay it off later in one go.

‍Or, if you’d rather settle upfront, pay in full at the time of booking and enjoy a 5% discount.

Flights booked? We’ll take it from here. In the lead-up to your departure, we’ll send you all the information you need to prepare, including packing suggestions and training tips. Then, from the moment you land and get to know your new crew, we’ll have everything covered. Villa, food, adventures, people - sorted.
