Sunday

Portuguese Paradise

Arrive any time from 4pm and settle into your luxury villa in cool, laidback Comporta. Unpack, explore the grounds, and meet your crew by the pool as we kick off an unforgettable week. We’ll ease out the travel day with a stretch session under the trees. Then, as our first evening together in Portugal rolls in, we’ll gather for welcome drinks and a chef-prepared feast.

Monday

Sweat, Sun & Connection

We kick off your first full day with a sweat session - energising, fun, and the best way to break the ice with new friends. Refuel at the breakfast table, before putting your feet up pool-side. Back in action for a stretch and flow before a BBQ lunch, then enjoy more downtime to explore, relax, and work on your tan, before our second workout of the day. Tonight, expect more incredible food and great chat under the stars.

Tuesday

Sunrise, Surf & Salty Air

Wake up to fresh coffee & a breakfast spread before we head to Pego Beach for sun-soaked surf lessons and beach hangs - whether you’re catching waves or stretching out under the sun, it doesn’t get much better than the golden sands of Comporta’s beaches. A long lazy lunch back at the villa, followed by a chilled out afternoon to rest and recharge. As the day cools, we’ll turn up the heat again with another team workout, before winding down with another group dinner under the forest canopy.

Wednesday

Horseback adventures

Today starts with a high-energy morning workout, followed by breakfast and a full recovery window. Ice baths, massages, yoga, and plenty of space to get stuck into that book, or take that nap! In the afternoon, we’ll head out on one of Comporta’s most unforgettable adventures - horseback riding through the rolling dunes and down to the beach for sunset, before another chef-cooked feast back at the villa.

Thursday

Restore & Explore

A morning team workout and a big chef-cooked breakfast kick off another day in paradise, before a morning of chill time by the pool. After lunch, you have the option to head into Comporta village to wander local markets, boutique shops and soak up the area’s effortlessly cool, bohemian energy. Dinner is out tonight - a laid-back restaurant right on the sand - and an evening spent with new friends. Expect a feast of fresh seafood, sandy feet, and ocean sunset views.

Friday

Sun-soaked Sweat & Send Off

Our final full day together starts with an epic morning workout, followed by plenty of downtime to relax, recover and soak up the sunshine with your crew. Treat your hard-working muscles to a massage or ice bath, or head out to explore more of Portugal’s magical nature and coastline. One final afternoon workout turns up the energy before we come together for sundowners in the pool, followed by a farewell dinner, to toast to new memories and new friends!

Until Next Time

It might be our last morning together, but there’s still time for one more workout, a dip in the pool, and a big breakfast to fuel your journey home. What a week! Remember though - this isn’t goodbye, it’s just see you on the next one.
