Looking for a Head of Operations to drive the strategic and operational heartbeat of Salt Escapes. This role goes beyond day-to-day logistics - you’ll design scalable systems, oversee multi-destination delivery, strengthen our operational infrastructure, and work closely with leadership to shape the next phase of growth. Ideal for someone who’s commercially minded, highly organised, people-centric, and confident turning big-picture strategy into seamless execution.
Looking for an Operations Support specialist to keep the day-to-day engine running smoothly. You’ll coordinate logistics, manage supplier communications, handle pre-trip organisation, and work closely with our in-resort teams to ensure every detail is executed to Salt-level standards. Ideal for someone highly organised, proactive, great with people, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts across different destinations.
Looking for a Community Lead to grow and activate the Salt Escapes community beyond our retreats. This role blends marketing, partnerships, and operations: you’ll organise offline meet-ups and events in key markets, nurture genuine community connection, and build strategic partnerships that elevate brand visibility. You’ll also scout standout coaches and emerging training concepts to bring into the Salt Escapes team, helping shape the next evolution of our in-resort experience. Ideal for someone energetic, well-connected in the fitness world, people-focused, and excited to build something impactful from the ground up.
Hosting / In Resort Team
Our in-resort team brings the Salt Escapes experience to life. Coaches, trainers, chefs, hosts, and support staff who deliver unforgettable weeks on the ground - every workout, every adventure, every detail. They’re the faces our guests connect with throughout the trip, creating the energy, care, and atmosphere that define the Salt Escapes experience.
Looking for experienced guest-facing hosts to deliver exceptional customer experiences whilst in-destination, as well as support day-to-day operations.
Must have hospitality experience, a strong passion for fitness, be extremely personable and have extrovert traits.
Looking for skilled coaches to deliver exceptional workout sessions, engage with guests, and support day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth and memorable retreat experience.
Must be highly knowledgeable in, and regularly partake in functional/Hybrid training programs. Ideally London based.
Seeking experienced yoga instructors to lead rejuvinating yoga sessions, engage warmly with guests, and assist with daily operations to enhance the overall retreat experience.
Seeking talented chefs to create beautiful, wholesome, and nourishing meals for our retreat guests, incorporating a balanced variety of meats, vegetables, and local flavors. Must be confident in meal planning, provisioning, and managing all aspects of kitchen operations.
