Salt Escapes is built around epic, high-energy workouts designed to challenge, inspire, and push you to new levels. Whether you’re lifting, running, boxing, or moving through recovery sessions, every workout is scalable to all fitness levels, with an unreal backdrop for extra motivation.

High-Energy Workouts, Built for All Levels

Our training is all about functional movement, high energy, and variety. We combine strength, endurance, and conditioning in workouts designed to push you while keeping things fun and engaging.

Expect a mix of dumbbells, kettlebells, bodyweight movements, running, ergs, and wall balls to challenge different aspects of fitness. Our conditioning-style sessions bring big energy and serious endorphins, making every workout feel as rewarding as it is challenging.

Throughout the week, no two sessions will be the same - we’ll mix up the formats everyday with EMOMs, AMRAPs, YGIG pairs work, and team workouts to keep things varied. Whether you’re hitting a sunrise conditioning session, boxing at sunset, or sweating through a spicy finisher, you’ll leave every workout feeling stronger, fitter, and ready for more.

We welcome all fitness abilities on our retreats, from seasoned athletes to those just getting started. Our workouts are designed to challenge you, pushing you toward that sense of achievement, while still being scalable to match individual needs within the group.

We strive to programme our workouts in a way that incorporates structures that ensure no-one is feeling left behind. Whether you’re scaling up or down, you’ll always be right in the mix, moving with the group, and finishing feeling accomplished.

This isn’t about being the fittest in the room - it’s about showing up, getting stuck in and pushing your own limits.

Preparing For Your Escape

Our retreats are packed with high-energy workouts every day, so we encourage guests to come with a regular training routine established beforehand. This will help your body adapt, recover faster, and keep you feeling strong and ready for every session.
