The role
Come on the trip and capture it the way you would show your mates: low-fi, real and full of life. Daily vlogs, behind-the-scenes of boat days and workouts, and those special crew moments you can only catch if you are right there in the middle of it.
What you'll be doing
- Create daily vlogs that show what the retreat really feels like.
- Catch the behind-the-scenes magic: boat days, workouts, meals and crew bonding.
- Make reels, stories and short-form content for the Salt Escapes socials.
- Work from the team's content briefs while keeping your own authentic style.
What you'll bring
- An active Instagram and/or TikTok presence with a portfolio of travel, fitness or lifestyle content.
- Experience making engaging short-form video (reels, TikToks, vlogs).
- You can self-shoot and edit on the go.
- You are available to travel internationally for 7-day trip blocks.
Bonus points
Not essential, but we will get excited.
- Experience with fitness or wellness brands.
- Drone footage capability.
- Photography skills alongside video.
- An existing audience in the travel and fitness space.
