The role
You are the person who makes everything connect. The CMO has the big launch idea, you turn it into a fully built, beautifully run campaign and get the best out of a brilliant team along the way. You own the process, the calendar, the brief and the output. And you will build Salt's community from scratch: IRL events, alumni moments, the stuff that turns guests into fans.
What you'll be doing
- →Shape the brand as we grow with the CMO and external agencies and talent: positioning, go-to-market, then the look, feel, tone and voice.
- →Own every product launch from brief to go-live. Write the creative brief, stress-test the proposition, get sign-off, then drive the team through build and post-launch review.
- →Make the call on whether something is ready to ship. Audit the assets, check the proposition, and manage the build across copy, pages, email, social and paid.
- →Run the campaign calendar: what goes out, when, and in what order. Keep email and social pointing the same way.
- →Build Salt's community from the ground up, online and offline. Plan the IRL moments, from alumni events to guest meetups to founder-hosted experiences, and keep the buzz going between trips.
- →Own the weekly performance report. Know what is working before the CMO has to ask.
- →Look after the marketing tools, processes and agency relationships, including the agency that runs our paid social and search.
