Welcome to six nights in Zakynthos with Salt Escapes. Stay in a luxury clifftop villa, tucked in the island's unspoiled northwest and boasting panoramic Ionian views. Famous for limestone cliffs, electric-blue waters, and the iconic Navagio Beach, this is the real Zakynthos. Expect high-energy training, poolside recovery, and incredible private-chef meals. A Greek Summer Starts Here

Arrive anytime after 4pm and step into your cliffside retreat for the week. Unpack, take in the unreal Ionian Sea views, and meet your new crew by the infinity pool. Shake off travel day with a guided recovery session, then settle in for our first group dinner, served al fresco with 180° sunset views over the sea. Raise a glass - it’s time to toast to an epic week ahead.

Monday

Sweat, Sun & Greek Feasts

We start strong with a high-energy team workout, setting the tone for the week ahead. A big, chef-prepared breakfast fuels the morning, before some well-earned downtime poolside on the sun loungers. Midday brings a guided mobility session to reset and recover, followed by a long, lazy Greek lunch. The afternoon is yours to chill, recharge, and soak up the Ionian vibes - before we ramp it up again for sweat session number two.

Six beautifully designed bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and uninterrupted sea views. Features a private overflow infinity pool with built-in hydrotherapy area, tennis court, mini golf course, helipad (converted to boxing ring at sunset), traditional wood-fired BBQ, and outdoor dining with golden sunset views.

Shipwreck Views & Ionian Blues

Lace up for an epic morning run through Zakynthos’ rugged countryside, ending at one of the most breathtaking viewpoints in Greece - overlooking the legendary Navagio Shipwreck and the unreal electric blue waters of the Ionian Sea. Back at the villa, we’ll reset with ice baths before a well-earned breakfast. The afternoon is all about tanning, chilling, and recovery, before we gear up for workout number two. As the sun sets over the sea, we’ll come together for another big Greek feast.

Wednesday

Boat Day!

We start the day strong with a big team workout and fuel up with breakfast before heading to the port for the best, bluest Boat Day we know. With lunch, drinks, and tunes flowing on board, we’ll cruise past white limestone cliffs, dive into hidden bays, and swim through secret sea caves. Expect cliff jumps, crystal-clear waters, and salty skin. Back at the villa, we’ll unwind with a wood-fired pizza night as the sun sets over the Ionian.

Thursday

Sweat, Recover & A Greek Feast

The morning kicks off with a team workout, followed by massages, yoga and poolside lounging to reset and recharge. ‍As the sun starts to dip, we’ll head out for a special dinner at one of the best restaurants on the island. Set right on the water, they serve up some of the freshest, most authentic Greek dishes you’ll ever taste. With ice-cold drinks and unreal flavors, it’s the perfect way to toast an epic week.

Friday

Sweat, Sun & A Sunset Send-Off

Our last full day together, so we’re making every moment count. The morning kicks off with a sweat session, followed by plenty of time to relax, recover, and soak up the Greek sunshine with your crew. Later, we’ll turn up the energy for boxing on the helipad, then cool off in the pool with sunset drinks and one last team photo! Then it's time for our final feast - a big Greek BBQ and a toast to new mates and an unforgettable week.

Saturday

So Long, For Now

Checkout may be at 10am, but there's still time for one last sunrise workout, a cool-off in the pool, and a final big breakfast to fuel the journey home. Hugs all around, but this isn't goodbye - it's just see you on the next adventure.
