Greek sunsets, Greek food and Greek charm
WORKOUT, EAT, SEA, REPEAT
Arrive anytime after 4 pm and settle in for an incredible week. Get unpacked, meet your new friends by the pool and unwind with a guided recovery session to shake off travel-day. As the sun sets, enjoy our first group dinner overlooking the Ionian sea, and toast to an epic week ahead.
Kick off our first full-day with a team workout and a big breakfast. Hit the sun-loungers poolside before our guided mobility session and a big Greek lunch. Kick back for an afternoon of chill with your new friends before we go again for sweat number 2.
Enjoy an incredible morning group run through the beautiful countryside and down to one of the best viewpoints in all of Greece. Soak up the views and the spectacular blues of the crystal-clear sea. Back at the villa, we'll recover with ice baths before breakfast. The rest of the day is more tanning, chilling and recovery before workout number 2 and a big sunset dinner.
Kick off the day with a big team workout, and brekkie before we head to the port for the best, blue-est Boat Day we know. Lunch, drinks and tunes are served up on board, and we'll cliff-jump, swim to hidden bays, and into secret caves til we're suitably salty. Wind down back at the villa with a wood-fire pizza night and sunset before bed.
Another day doing what we do best. Down-time is spent enjoying massages and kicking back by the pool, before we get our best fits on for an evening out at our favourite beachfront restaurant on the island. We'll soak up the sunset over ice cold drinks and share plate fulls of some of the freshest, tastiest farm-to-table Greek food you'll ever have.
Last full day together so let's make it a good one, with workouts, recovery and heaps of down-time soaking up the sunshine with your new mates. A special farewell dinner is in order for our final night together, so one last sunset swim before we hit the dinner table.
Checkout is at 10 am, so there's time to squeeze in one more sunrise workout, a cool-off in the pool, and a big breakfast to see you on your way. Hugs all round, but it's not goodbye, it's see you on the next adventure.
